While we make every effort to test our applications, because there are over 4800 Android devices available, there is always the chance that an application may struggle to operate correctly on certain devices.  If this happens to you, we want to hear about it so we can improve our testing process and possibly provide an update.

  1. The name and version of the application.  This information can be found on the “About” screen for each app.
  2. The name & type of mobile device you’re running the application on.

Before release, all our apps are tested using the Google emulator with multiple resolution settings and OS versions, the HTC Incredible, Samsung Galaxy S3, Amazon Kindle Fire (1st gen and HDX), Motorola Xoom tablet, and Google Nexus 7 tablet.
